SIGMECH offers two flat rate shipping options for the continental USA.
Standard: $9.99 (3-5 days)
Express: $12.99 (2-3 days)
Fully Insured: Every purchase is protected. Unlike many e-commerce shops, SIGMECH fully insures your package at no additional cost to you. This guarantees that your items are shipped affordably, and securely. Fully insured packages start with transparent and straightforward flat rate pricing, where what you see at checkout is what you pay, with no extra charges for insurance. Insured packages include:
Complete coverage if your item is lost in transit.
You're covered if your package is stolen before it's marked as delivered by the carrier.
Full protection if your item arrives damaged.
For packages marked as delivered by the carrier, claims of theft are subject to review and discretion of our insurance company. We recommend customers provide a secure delivery location to ensure the safe arrival of their orders.

Refunds and Return Policy
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Items may be returned within 30 days of the order shipment date. We accept returns of brand new, unused, and unaltered products in their original packaging, complete with all manuals, instructions, and accessories. Opened or altered items may incur a restocking fee as outlined below.
Inspection of Order:Upon receiving your order, inspect the packaging for all items. If an item is missing, notify SIGMECH within three days of delivery.
Return Shipping:
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except when the return is due to our error (e.g., receiving an incorrect item). We recommend using a tracked carrier for your return to ensure successful processing. Please note that SIGMECH is not responsible for lost return packages. Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
Shipping Costs:
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For items that shipped for free, the refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost.

10% Restocking Fee:
Items that can be returned to inventory for resale (sealed in their original condition and never used).
25% Restocking Fee:
Items that have been opened from their original packaging and cannot be sold as brand new but are still in new/unused condition.

Some products are engineered and sold by SIGMECH INC. Including but not limited to "SIGMECH OE Parts (Over-Engineered Parts)" and those products labelled as "Engineered by SIGMECH INC." CHANGE, MODIFY, SUBSTITUTE or CANCEL AN ORDER

All orders are shipped promptly from SIGMECH INC within 1-3 business days using UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Tracking numbers are available for items shipped via UPS, FedEx & USPS. Please note that our Flat rate shipping policy only applies to orders within the lower 48 states. Orders going outside the lower 48 states may incur a higher shipping rate.

As a result, there might be a delay in processing your order if your billing and shipping addresses do not match, or if any other verification issues arise.
