Items may be returned within 30 days of the order shipment date. We accept returns of brand new, unused, and unaltered products in their original packaging, complete with all manuals, instructions, and accessories. Opened or altered items may incur a restocking fee as outlined below.

Inspection of Order:

Upon receiving your order, inspect the packaging for all items. If an item is missing, notify SIGMECH within three days of delivery.

Return Shipping:
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except when the return is due to our error (e.g., receiving an incorrect item). We recommend using a tracked carrier for your return to ensure successful processing. Please note that SIGMECH is not responsible for lost return packages. Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.

Shipping Costs:
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For items that shipped for free, the refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost.


The following are restocking fees for returned items:

    10% Restocking Fee:
    Items that can be returned to inventory for resale (sealed in their original condition and never used).

    25% Restocking Fee:
    Items that have been opened from their original packaging and cannot be sold as brand new but are still in new/unused condition.



    Refund Processing Time Frame:
    Please note that refund processing times vary by bank and may take 2 to 7 business days to appear in your account.

    Where a manufacturer offers a direct warranty to their own product:

    Where a warranty is directly through SIGMECH INC:
    Some products are engineered and sold by SIGMECH INC. Including but not limited to "SIGMECH OE Parts (Over-Engineered Parts)" and those products labelled as "Engineered by SIGMECH INC."     Damaged or Defective Items:
    If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately for assistance.

    Incorrect Items:

    If you receive an incorrect item, I sincerely apologize for the error. It's crucial to contact SIGMECH immediately for a resolution and strive to correct any mistakes promptly.

    Return Coordination:
    All returns must be coordinated with SIGMECH INC. within 30 days of receipt. For detailed instructions, please contact SIGMECH for immediate customer service. Note that for exchanges, the replacement item will be shipped only after the original item is received.

    Inventory changes frequently and SIGMECH will strive to ensure that all information on this website is accurate, however but SIGMECH INC. cannot guarantee that titles, pictures, or descriptions are free of errors. Therefore, SIGMECH reserves the right to cancel orders due to errors in pricing or descriptions. In such cases, customers will not be charged, and any payments made will be fully refunded.

    Inventory Overselling:
    While SIGMECH strives for inventory accuracy, occasionally an item may be oversold. If we can secure the item promptly, we will inform you of the estimated shipping time. If the item is not available in a timely manner, SIGMECH will issue a refund immediately.
