LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY FOR SIGMECH PRODUCTS
SIGMECH INC. offers customers a limited lifetime warranty only on products that are engineered and manufactured by SIGMECH INC. Including but not limited to SIGMECH "Over-Engineered Parts", or those parts noted to be created and sold directly by SIGMECH INC.
Products designed by Sig Mechanics and sold under SIGMECH INC. are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the life of the original purchaser. SIGMECH will be liable solely for the replacement and of parts as originally supplied by SIGMECH for the original purchaser that fails through a defect in materials or workmanship that arises through normal, safe handling and use of the item as specified by the manufacturer’s owner’s instructions. Unauthorized work or parts installation, improper or unsafe handing or firing with any non-SAAMI-standard ammo will immediately void this warranty.
SIGMECH assumes no liability expressed or implied for any damage or injury that may result from the improper handling, use or installation of parts. SIGMECH cannot control nor be responsible for the manner in which it's parts and information is used, and specifically disavows any other representation, warranty or liability relating to the suitability, condition or use of products and services delivered by SIGMECH.

WARRANTY FOR NEW PRODUCTS
Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees most products are warranted by the manufacturer and product returns or repairs must be arranged directly with the manufacturer by the Buyer and/or User of this site. Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that SIGMECH INC. and/or its assignees do not provide warranties or repairs for any item as any warranties and/or repairs, if available, are provided by the manufacturer of the product purchased. Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees to contact the manufacturer of any product they want to order to verify the warranty availability and requirements prior to completing a purchase. Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that SIGMECH INC. and/or its assignees will not be responsible for manufacturer warranty terms and conditions or availability of a manufacturer warranty as this is the Buyer and/or User of this sites sole responsibility.
Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that most manufacturers require the Buyer and/or User of this site to pay shipping costs to send a product to the manufacturer for warranty issues. Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees to contact and verify the warranty, if available, before completing a purchase. Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that SIGMECH INC. and/or its assignees will not be responsible for the Buyer and or User of this site's decision not to verify and agree to follow the manufacturer's warranty policy before placing an order.
Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees to pay shipping charges if they have a warranty issue. Unfortunately, this is the policy of most manufacturers. Buyer and/or User of this site acknowledges and agrees that SIGMECH INC. and/or its assignees do not provide shipping for their product if they have a warranty issue; please do not place an order on this site if this is not acceptable to you.
